Two Sisters is a Gui Fei style or 'partially bug bitten' Oolong tea made from harvested leaves of the Thanh Tam (Qingxim) tea Camellia cultivar. Two Sisters comprise a standard pluck of bud, and up to three leaves, with a high proportion of leaves that have been attacked by leafhopper insects, otherwise known as Jassids. Leafhoppers suck sap from the leaves, in response the leaves release compounds that have an effect on the flavour produced.

The tea is lightly floral, honest sweet, with complex flavours that range from nutty over successive infusions.
